✴ Well, how about some Volleyball then. I think it’s obvious now that they train differently to everyone else in this world 😝.

🅾 Choc-oats (Breakfast)
 Ingredients   1 cup of uncooked oatmeal   20-30g of low carb chocolate whey protein (Use the food label calculator to check the actual content)   Water (How much depends on how you like it to taste)   1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter  Directions  1. Cook oatmeal as usual  2. Add other ingredients and enjoy.
